Track your order

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of purchase. You will be notified about the order confirmation and shipping confirmation through email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking details.

Delivery timeframes

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of purchase. Any order placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed and sent the following business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Rural areas may require more time for delivery.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only. We do not take into account any possible delays caused due to payment authorisation.
We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery as the delivery time provided to us is by the freight company.

Delivery address

Please provide a complete address for where you want the order to be delivered. If you are providing a work address, please mention the business as well as receiver’s names. A signature is required upon delivery for all orders unless ATL – see below. Should no one be present at delivery to sign for your parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to your local post office or freight office. Once an order is dispatched, we will not be able to amend delivery location or redirect the parcel.

ATL (Authority to leave)

Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended, you may request for this service. Add ‘Please leave order if not at home’ in the comment section on the checkout page. When you opt for ATL, we will not be able to offer any further assistance to you if your order goes missing or is damaged after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier.

Free shipping is not available on clearance items. Orders that are made solely from clearance items will incur the shipping rate for your country.
